A qualified HR / Tech Change and Project Manager by trade, Jon is passionate about planning for success, compliance and ROI.
Vic Khan,
COO
Vic is an accomplished leader in talent acquisition, RPO, MSP, BPO, STEM, and offshoring. He has a proven track record of over 25 years of scaling teams globally. Vic has held senior leadership positions in organizations ranging from established corporations such as Nationwide Building Society to start-ups. Vic has an MBA, MSc, and is a qualified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Besides his COO role, he is part of nGAGE SMT as Group Head of Offshoring.
Sarah Ballantyne,
UK Strategic Account Director
Sarah has over 25 years of experience in managed services, recruitment, and developing long-term strategic relationships. Sarah’s previous clients have been large, complex, multi-sited, and high-compliance clients. These include health and social care, FM and housing, and technology and comms providers. Sarah joined Retinue in 2020. She lives in the North East and is passionate about the region and her local community.
Lauren Hunter,
Transformation Director
Lauren is a managed service recruitment specialist. She has 15 years of experience of managing relationships in MSP leadership teams. These are within a number of markets, including healthcare.
William Gardiner
Senior Commercial Lead
William joins Retinue from nGAGE Talent. He specialized in assisting talent solution businesses to deliver strong commercial results for both the company and its clients. William’s expertise covers a variety of markets, from STEM to healthcare, and international markets, including the US and Europe.
Lisa Broster,
Director of Business Development
Lisa has 20 years of experience working in health, education, logistics, and social care recruitment. She has led teams that provide specialist staffing to the NHS and private mental health organizations. Over the last five years, Lisa has worked in business development and client solutions. She has partnered with clients to solve contingent and permanent workforce supply challenges. Lisa is driven by the desire to provide clients with the best service and solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Peter Reynolds,
Technical Programme Director
Peter's experience in leading technical implementations and organizational transformation spans over 20 years. He started his career managing an NHS contingent workforce. Since then, he has worked with leading technology suppliers to implement best practise. This has resulted in expanding revenue, profit margin, market penetration and customer satisfaction. With a unique insight into the market, Peter specializes in STEM, innovation and transformation.
Steven Rodriguez
Country Director - USA
Steven is the former President of ShiftWise, providing leadership and vision for the company while overseeing product strategy, technology and operations. Steven has a long and distinguished career in the workforce management industry. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma. A true creative spirit, Steven is known for the innovative ideas he brings to clients. He can also be frequently spotted in Brighton visiting his daughter in England.
