Requirements
With expanding services, Horizon Care were seeking greater controls and visibility of agency spend while ensuring the acquisition of work seekers with appropriate skills, at safe levels. Their requirement of roles was of skill-short environments to deliver ever more complex and personalized care to children and young people. Supplier engagement was ad hoc, and agreements made at a localization level had no central visibility of supplier discussion and agreements.
Solution
Retinue provided solutions with a dedicated supplier strategy to engage all existing suppliers, streamline processes and onboard the new supply chain via the retinue platform, centralizing information for better visibility and control. The implementation of a Neutral Vendor workforce solution for all temporary agency roles across all 3 Horizon business divisions; Education, Residential and Transitional Services. The implementation of the Retinue properity technology offering a single platform to raise requisitions, timesheet approvals, manage compliance documents and provide a single consolidated invoice for all temporary agency.

Retinue’s project team have maintained open channels of communication throughout the implementation project and have delivered a thorough, proactive and non-disruptive implementation despite the challenges presented by covid.
