With an increase in unit price, total spend and continued incurring of avoidable costs, North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust has appointed Retinue to get control back.

With an intense mobilisation period where all locum usage has been scrutinised, new savings have been unlocked from day one of the neutral vendor service going-live.

Sarah Ballantyne, UK Account Director for Retinue, explains:
